Dear guests

Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. Due to the still very critical situation in Switzerland, the Federal Council has decided to introduce the 2G or 2G+ rule (2G = vaccinated or recovered; 2G+ = vaccinated or recovered and additional negative test result) with mandatory masking throughout the country from 20 December 2021.

We do everything for your safety and health.

Therefore, a general 2G rule applies to all persons at the Hotel Schlössli.  We look forward to welcoming you with a certificate for a wonderful stay with us.

Corona update v1

Since Monday, 13.09.2021, the Covid certificate is also extended to the hospitality industry. Therefore our hotel guests need the certificate for breakfast and dinner. You can find the current status of the FOPH regulations here.

As a further preventive measure to contain the spread of the coronavirus, we ask you not to visit the Hotel Schlössli Ipsach if you have visited a foreign country with an increased risk of infection (see current FOPH list) in the last ten days, if you have not been feeling well in the last ten days or are currently suffering from fever, cough or other cold or flu symptoms.

Masks
Masks are compulsory in indoor areas open to the public. If you do not have a mask, face masks are available free of charge at reception. Indoors, masks are not required for guests if access is restricted to those with a Covid certificate.

Hotel
Hotel accommodation only is not subject to the certificate requirement.

Restaurant
Access to indoor areas of restaurant and bar establishments where consumption takes place on site is restricted to persons aged 16 and over with a valid Covid certificate. Guests are no longer subject to restrictions such as no mask requirement.

Covid certificate
The certificates are only valid with an ID (ID, passport, …). The Covid certificate is checked by means of the “COVID Certificate Check” app. Our staff, who check the Covid certificate, compare the name and date of birth with the information on the Covid certificate on the basis of the proof of identity (with photo). Data
The data from the certificate check will only be kept if this is necessary to ensure access control. In this case, your data will be destroyed after 12 hours at the latest. Your data will not be kept or used for any other purpose.

Our protection concepts
– Regular cleaning of surfaces as required
– All staff are vaccinated
– Our staff cleans and disinfects their hands regularly
– 1.5 metre safety distance
– Contact details of guests are collected in accordance with the protection concept for the hospitality industry
– Unannounced inspections by cantonal authorities
