General information

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Hotel Schlössli Ipsach, GK Immobilien-Beteiligungen AG, provided that they meet the requirements of the general terms and conditions. They may be replaced by terms and conditions negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

The Hotel Schlössli Ipsach may, without giving reasons, make any acceptance of an order, reservation, or other service to be performed or continued dependent on the full or partial payment of the amounts owed to it, in the form of advance payments, partial payments, or full payment, even if these are to be made in advance.

Amendments or additions must be made in writing to be legally valid. The same applies to any waiver of the written form requirement.

The hotel undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the guest's personal data. If the guest provides personal data to the hotel for communication or ordering purposes, the hotel reserves the right to use this data for marketing purposes. The guest thus grants the hotel the right to exchange all information provided by him, such as email address, telephone numbers, etc., within the hotel.

Data collection and use for contract processing and when opening a customer account
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of your order or when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). The data collected is evident from the respective input forms.

We use the data you provide to process contracts and handle your inquiries. Once the contract/offer has been fully processed or your customer data has been deleted, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you below. Your customer data can be deleted at any time and can be done either by sending us an email or by calling us.

Data transfer for contract fulfillment
For contract fulfillment, we transfer your data to the shipping company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods or services.
